At WA-VISUALZ, every item is custom-made just for you after you place your order. This means our shipping process involves two main stages: production and shipping.

## 1. Production Time (The Making)

* **Process:** All items are custom-printed on demand by our global network of Print-on-Demand (POD) partners (mainly located in the USA and Europe).
* **Timeframe:** Orders typically take **3–7 business days** (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to be produced and prepared for shipment.
* **Note:** Production begins after your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.

## 2. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Once the item is produced, it is shipped to your address. Shipping times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

## 5. Multiple Shipments

Because we use various specialized print providers, you may receive your items in separate packages if you order multiple different product types (e.g., a T-shirt and a mug) on the same day.
