**Nature of Business:** We operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. All products are manufactured, printed, and fulfilled by third-party print providers (primarily via Printify) *only after* an order is placed.
**Fulfillment Process:** By placing an order, you acknowledge that manufacturing begins only after purchase, and you agree to the separate **[Shipping Policy]** detailing production and shipping times.

## 3. Product Descriptions and Color Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However, due to the nature of digital screens and the Print-on-Demand process:
* **Color Variance:** Actual colors of products may slightly vary from the colors displayed on your screen. This is not considered a defect.
* **Slight Deviations:** Minor variations in print placement or size are inherent to custom-made POD items and are not eligible for refunds under our policy.

All designs, images, text, and graphics on this website, including all product designs, are the property of WA-VISUALZ.
